All participants will live next to each other in cabins situated in the Garden Village of the Oslofjord Convention Centre, forming one big European village, just a short walking distance from the Conference centre. The village has cabins of various sizes, which can accommodate groups of different sizes:
Except for the size, the cabins are basically the same. They are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, a living room and a loft area. Most of the beds are located in the loft, which is divided in two areas with 1 – 2 beds each, while larger cabins also have an additional separate bedroom on the ground floor. The largest cabins have a big living room, which is ideal for meetings.
Breakfast will be served every morning at the cabin before everybody heads to the Conference sessions.
