b. Airport Shuttle Bus Service
For the onward journey, we will organise a shuttle bus service between the two airports (Oslo Airport Gardermoen and Torp Sandefjord Airport) and the conference venue. This shuttle bus service can be booked through the registration system and is the fastest and most convenient way to travel from the airports to the conference venue. When pre-booked, the price is EUR 25 (one way) from Oslo Airport Gardermoen and EUR 12 (one way) from Torp Sandefjord Airport. Form those who will not have pre-booked their transfer, we will charge EUR 35 (from OSL) and EUR 20 (from TRF), but cannot guarantee availability of sufficient seats. Please note that this shuttle bus service will only be available on Thursday 16 June and Friday 17 June 2016 (for arrivals) and on Wednesday 22 June (for departures). We will have more information about this service, including a time table, in due course.
c. Train Services
The nearest train station to the Conference venue is located in Stokke. Please check timetables of Norges Statsbaner AS (NSB, the Norwegian Train Services) on their website, where you can also buy your ticket in advance.
Between Stokke Station and the Conference venue, you need to take a taxi (the ten minute journey will cost about NOK 220 / EUR 24).
Participants arriving by plane to OSL or TRF – who do not wish to use the shuttle bus service – can catch a train to Stokke at the respective airport train stations.
